When I broke my glasses a few days before an important event, the team very speedily repaired them so that I could wear them on this special occasion and also ordered a new pair under guarantee.I have always found the team to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly; nothing is too much trouble, and they very kindly went above and beyond when I needed it.

A really positive experience with Lian recently. I was very impressed by her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to get just the right solution for my contact lenses. I have struggled in the past getting the right prescription, given all the different factors that have to be taken into account, but Lian was really supportive and committed to getting the best solution for me, even as far as providing a variety of trial packs for all the various combinations available.
