Cecil Amey Opticians continued to celebrate reaching their centenary year in business with a Great Gatsby style ball at the beautiful Kimberley Hall in March.

Feathers, fringes and sequins dominated many of the fabulous outfits whilst everyone enjoyed delicious food provided by Expresso Catering, danced to music by the Joe Ringer Band and played Casino tables from Kings & Queens Fun Casino’s. A charity raffle raised £2500 with fabulous prizes donated from many loyal suppliers, who attended the evening. Cecil Amey opened his first optical practice in 1924 and the fourth generation are continuing to strive to maintain their position as one of the premier independants in the region.
