Management Accountant

We are recruiting for an Management Accountant (based in our Attleborough Offices)
Reporting to: Financial Controller
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has finished their AAT qualification and has accumulated post qualified experience in a similar role. The role will be varied with exposure to many areas in finance including management reporting, payroll, performance measurement and liaising with multiple stakeholders around the business including some areas of statutory reporting and compliance, all within a growing business structure. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the finance department runs smoothly.
Personal background and Experience:
The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified having completed their AAT studies or a similar level qualified status. They will be able to demonstrate accumulated knowledge and apply this to the role effectively. They will be able to work quickly and efficiently in a deadline driven environment whilst handling change within a growing business. They will help with the preparation of monthly management accounts, prepare monthly payroll and work to deadlines. An ability to communicate effectively across all departments, including non-finance members of the team, regarding financial information is important.
